Louis Mayersbach passed with Sarah his wife and 5 Children from St. Mary Newington Surrey 26 Oct 1830 and dated same day
That in the year 1822 he took of Mr. Jas. Birch Sharpe House then No 2 James Place on Hoxton Fields at £32 a year and he rented and occupied it and paid Poor Rates and Taxes for same until about latter end of 1827. he then removed to Cumberland Street Shoreditch had house there nearly a year and has not since rented any house to occupy it a year or pay a years rent. Produced 2 large bundles of rent and Rate receipts.
Married Mary his first wife in the Parish Church of S. George Bloombury [sic] on or about 2d. Decr 1807 by her hath 4 children (to maintain) namely Charles 16 yrs & upwards Caroline 9 yrs & upwards Selina 8 yrs & upwards & Ann 4 years & upwards. Mary the Mother of these children died 22d. June 1827.
Married to Sarah his present wife in the Parish Church of S. Bartholomew the Great London in Sept 1828 by her hath 1 child name Sarah Frances aged about 15 months.
